What we collect
When you apply, we collect the details you enter in the application form. Depending on the role, this may include your name, contact details, location, work history, portfolio links, written answers, uploaded files such as a résumé or screenshots, and recorded video responses.
How we use your information
We use your application only to assess your suitability for the role you applied for, to contact you about that application, and to keep a record of the hiring process. We do not use application materials for marketing.
Who can see your application
Your application is reviewed by the Glello hiring team. We use trusted service providers to operate the form: email delivery, file storage for uploads, and our internal workflow tools. Those providers process your information only to help us run recruitment.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for as long as needed to complete hiring for the role and for a reasonable period afterwards if we may consider you for a related opening. We then delete or anonymise the information, unless we hire you and need it for employment records, or we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Drafts saved in your browser
The application form can save a draft in your browser so you can return later. That draft stays on your device until you submit the form or clear your browser storage. It is not sent to Glello until you submit.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the application information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we need to keep. Email enquiry@glello.sg with the role you applied for.
