Do you host the Glello Party at my home?
Yes. We come to your home, condo function room, or preferred venue. We bring the materials, host the full experience, and tidy up afterwards so you can enjoy the party.
What ages work best?
Glello Parties are designed for kids' birthday parties and work especially well for roughly ages 1 to 12. Tell us your child's age and interests, and we'll recommend the best signature experience.
Can you customise it around my child's theme?
Absolutely. Share what your child loves right now, whether that's unicorns, dinosaurs, K-pop, Pokémon, or something totally unique, and we'll tailor colours, details, and the overall vibe to match.
How long does a Glello Party usually last?
A complete Glello Party is about 2 hours of hosted fun, from the welcome activity through the signature experience to celebration and wrap-up. We'll suggest the right timing based on your guest count and party flow.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead for the best date availability, especially on weekends. If your party is sooner, still reach out and we'll check what we can make work.
What if I'm not happy with the experience?
We're covered by our satisfaction guarantee. After your party, if you're not satisfied with the Glello experience, we'll make it right or refund you.
