Social Media & Creative Coordinator
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Singapore time
- Remote · Philippines
- ₱34,000–42,000/month
We’re looking for a creative, organised person to help turn Glello’s party moments into content that makes parents excited to celebrate with us. You’ll own our content calendar, bring ideas to the table, edit and publish content, and support the creative preparation behind our parties.
About Glello
Glello creates customised children’s parties in Singapore, filled with hands-on activities, thoughtful details and moments worth capturing.
You’ll work directly with the founder, with regular feedback and room to contribute your own ideas. We have a steady stream of footage from real events, so you’ll have plenty of material to work with and new stories to tell.
Your main responsibility will be social content planning and creation. You’ll also support simple party designs, customer coordination and related administrative tasks. We want someone who can grow with us over the long term.
Have a look at @glello.sg to get a feel for the kind of content you might make.
What you will do
- Own the content calendar and propose ideas using our party footage, customer interests and relevant trends
- Prepare briefs and drafts for founder approval
- Edit reels and other social content, write captions, and refine your work based on feedback
- Schedule and publish approved content
- Monitor performance and suggest what we should improve, repeat or try next
- Handle occasional additional editing tasks for the business
- Create simple personalised party designs using templates and brand guidance
- Communicate with parents to gather preferences, references and design inspiration
- Help source and order party supplies within approved budgets
- Keep party information and files organised, and support related administrative tasks
Who we are looking for
- Currently based in the Philippines
- Strong written and spoken English — you can write natural captions, explain your ideas clearly and communicate comfortably with customers
- Experience editing social media content, with examples of short-form videos that have good hooks, pacing, captions and a feel for current editing styles
- High computer proficiency — comfortable using digital tools, organising files, learning new software and solving everyday technical problems
- Eagerness to learn: you ask thoughtful questions, take feedback well and apply what you learn
- Reliability and ownership: you follow through, stay organised and flag problems before they become missed deadlines
- Good communication: approachable, engaged and comfortable sharing ideas or asking for help
- Long-term interest in growing with Glello over several years
- Able to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Singapore time, exclusively for Glello
Helpful experience
You don’t need previous experience in the events industry. We’ll teach you our products, party preparation processes and how we work.
